NEUROWORX is a licensed physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing innovative, activity-based therapy to individuals with paralysis from spinal cord injuries. It is a unique outpatient facility designed to be medically sound yet forward thinking in providing the assistance people require to optimize and maximize recovery after their injury and hospitalization.
Dale Hull and Jan Black are the co-founders of Neuroworx. Below is a brief introduction of Dale and Jan.
Jan Black MS, PT Cofounder and Clinic Director. A 1991 graduate from the University of Pacific, the focus of her training and care has been patients with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions. She has worked in acute rehabilitation, home health care, and outpatient settings. Her postgraduate training has included courses in spinal cord injury, brain injury and locomotor gait training. Aquatic therapy has been an important part of her treatments throughout her career.
Dale Hull Cofounder and Executive Director. Dr. Hull suffered a C-4,5 spinal cord injury in 1999. He helps direct the affairs of Neuroworx allowing the therapists to focus their efforts on providing the necessary care.
